Velodrome Shop offer FREE Shipping for all accessories orders over £100, delivery for orders under this amount costs £19.99.
Orders for Bikes/Wheels and Frames do not qualify for Free Shipping, delivery for orders containing these items costs £39.99

Delivery Time
99% of all orders received before 15:00 (UK Time) are picked and dispatched on the same day and normally arrive at your shipping address within 5 to 7 working days.
You will receive an automated Order Complete/Shipped email when your order has been shipped. We use a selection of proven and reliable couriers, including Royal Mail and DHL, all parcels are fully insured against loss and damage. Tracking Details are not necessarily available on all parcels, further information can be viewed by clicking here
In a very small number of cases our couriers do not deliver within these timescales, should you not receive your order within twenty-one days please contact us.
Large Item Exceptions
We are unable to dispatch Orders for large items such as Bikes, Frames and Wheels within these guidelines due to requirement of these products to be built and/or inspected prior to dispatch, however orders for large items are still normally received within fourteen days.

Yes, we can dispatch to BFPO addresses or to APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to a Different Address
If you are sending a gift to a different address or shipping your order to a work address if you are not at home during the day etc, simply enter your Billing Address as the cardholder address (usually your home address) and the shipping address as the address where you want your parcel to be sent. Please note, as always, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct Shipping Address is entered for your order.
Customs Duties/Taxes

Returns Policy
As an experienced online retailer we understand that it may be necessary for you to Return an item back to us, if this is the case please follow the instructions on the documentation included with your order that will enable you to send your item(s) back to Velodrome Shop. Items Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the parcel received in good condition. If the package appears damaged please inspect the contents prior to accepting the parcel, make the courier wait, as when you sign for the item you are accepting it as being undamaged. If the parcel/contents appear to be damaged do not hesitate to refuse a parcel if you suspect your item is damaged, failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. Any damage not discovered prior to acceptance (receipt from courier) of your order must in all circumstances be reported within twenty-four hours of the parcel being accepting.
