Overview
The 3T Scatto Ltd Carbon Track Bars from Velodrome Shop are a pure track sprinter’s bar. It shares its basic architecture with SPHINX, but is further reinforced to stiffen the bar’s feel in the most strenuous track maneuvers.
It offers superb control and handling even in the most hectic races. Australian champion Anna Meares has won many races on this bar, including the Olympic sprint gold medal at London 2012.
Windtunnel tests show that the aerodynamic design produces way less drag than any standard round-section bar. This is achieved at no compromise to strength: Scatto is 50% stiffer than the reference bar formerly used by many of today’s medal-winning track sprinters, as well as lighter.
Its unique, radical design also imparts a stunning visual signature.

pro bars
all the professional riders seem to be using these bars now so i bought some to see what the fuss was about. opted for 37cm as normal bars are 42cm, thanks velo shop for the advice.
very narrow and i feel faster and more streamlined on my frame now. makes you feel ready to race and the main thing i noticed was the instant power increase whilst seated which has had a huge impact on my Keirin riding.
would never have thought bars could make such a difference

Wow
Needed a narrower, stronger sprint bar as could not seem to get the right position and these were the best solution, fantastic looks, great performance and helps me adopt a more streamlined position on the frame so I can get maximum power in both seated and standing efforts

so many profesional riders use these bars so i decided to purchase one myself, demand is high for the limited edition product so took a while to arrive but my positioning and performance have greatly improved since started to use them
