Returns


As an experienced online retailer we understand that it may be necessary for you to Return an item back to us, if you are not 100% satisfied with any product that you have received you can return it and receive your money back.

Please follow the instructions on the documentation included with your order that will enable you to send your item(s) back to Velodrome Shop. If you no longer have this documentation please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges can only be issued for items that are returned UNUSED and with original labels/packaging within thirty days of delivery.

All items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged in anyway. If the items are damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund, unless you pay for the relevant repairs. Failure to do so will result in the items being returned to you once return postage fees have been paid. If you refuse to pay the repair costs or return shipping costs the item will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

International Customers returning items must mark all returns as Returned Goods - Failed Sale. If you have paid Customs Duties on a Returned Parcel it may be possible to reclaim this via your local customs authority upon presenting them with documentation in relation to your purchase/return.

Exchange Required

We will happily accept Returns that require an item to be exchanged for a different item from Velodrome Shop.

All Returns classed as 'Exchange Required' must be sent back using a Recorded Delivery service paid for by the customer.

Please follow the instructions on the documentation included with your order that will enable you to send your items back to Velodrome Shop, upon receipt of your item you will receive a refund for the item value, excluding the original delivery costs for your order.

Replacement items are received via placing a new order on the Velodrome Shop website at your convenience.

Unwanted Items

Unwanted items that are no longer required or not to your liking can only be returned if UNOPENED and UNUSED.

All Returns classed as 'Unwanted Items' must be sent back using a Recorded Delivery service paid for by the customer.

Please follow the instructions on the documentation included with your order that will enable you to send your items back to Velodrome Shop.

Upon receipt of your item you will receive a refund for the item value, excluding the original delivery costs for your order.

Warranty Returns

Please note the majority of items require Warranty Returns to be handled by the manufacturer and cannot be returned to Velodrome Shop, this does not affect your statutory rights, please contact us prior to returning your item and we will advise the correct procedure.

If items are deemed to be defective upon receipt we will only accept returns if the item is UNOPENED and UNUSED.

All Warranty Returns must be sent back using a Recorded Delivery service paid for by the customer.

Upon receipt of a warranty return, your item will be assessed by qualified technicians; if during this process the item is deemed to be faulty we will exchange your item for no extra cost and refund your return shipping costs up to the value of £25.00. If your item will cost more than this value to return please contact us.

Replacement items will be received within our normal shipping guidelines however processing times for Warranty Returns can vary, again please contact us for further information.

If the item is found not to be faulty or faulty due to damage we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange, unless you pay for the relevant repairs. Failure to do so will result in the items being returned to you once return postage fees have been paid. If you refuse to pay the repair costs or return shipping costs the item will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

Special Order/Custom Made Items

Special Order Items such as those that are Custom Made to your measurements are not eligible for return, this does not affect your statutory rights and obviously excludes warranty qualifications.

Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the parcel received in good condition. If the package appears damaged please inspect the contents prior to accepting the parcel, make the courier wait, as when you sign for the item you are accepting it as being undamaged. If the parcel/contents appear to be damaged do not hesitate to refuse a parcel if you suspect your item is damaged, failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Any damage not discovered prior to acceptance (receipt from courier) of your order must in all circumstances be reported within twenty-four hours of the parcel being accepting.

Christmas Returns

As long as you comply with the details of our Returns Policy (outlined on this page), orders for Christmas Gifts made in November or December can be returned until the end of January in an extension of our usual return guidelines.

Casco Product Warranty

Casco provide a 24 month guarantee on their products. Velodrome-STS Ltd manage the warranty of Casco products purchased from www.velodromeshop.net within this period. The Casco Warranty includes the product materials and workmanship, but not products which have been damaged by use, wear or accident. Contact sales@velodromeshop.net for more information

Casco Crash Replacement

We offer a crash replacement policy to all www.velodromeshop.net customers who purchased a Casco helmet within the last oneyear from the current date. Upon receipt of your helmet the damage will be assessed and should your return qualify for a replacement you will be emailed a discount code for 30% of the value of your purchase to be used towards the purchase of a new Casco helmet of your choice from the current range displayed at www.velodromeshop.net.
