Established in 2007, Velodrome Shop is an experienced online retailer so we understand that it may be necessary for you to return an item. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product that you have received you can return it and receive your money back.

Please follow the instructions on the documentation included with your order that will enable you to send your item(s) back to Velodrome Shop. If you no longer have this documentation please contact us.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

We are proud of the quality of all the products that we chose to sell at Velodrome Shop. We are a small family run business and go to great lengths to ensure all our products, whether self-sourced or via well-known manufacturers are suitable quality and that we would happily use ourselves.

As a consequence we offer a FREE ONE YEAR WARRANTY on all products. This covers manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship.

If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, then please contact us via sales@velodrome.shop before returning any goods to discuss the problem further. 

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Some products have longer warranty periods, please check the product description and documentation provided by the manufacturer for further details.

RETURNS POLICY

Refunds and Exchanges can only be issued for items that are returned UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original labels/packaging within FOURTEEN DAYS of delivery.

In line with standard internet retail policy all items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale, i.e. not damaged or used in anyway. We reserve the right to refuse your return if items are received in an unsuitable condition.


.Exchanged Required - Original items are returned and refunded upon receipt. Refunds are received via your original payment method within five working days of us receiving your return back at our warehouse. Replacement (exchange) items are received via placing a new order on the Velodrome Shop website at your convenience.

.Unwanted Items - Original items are returned and refunded upon receipt. Refunds are received via your original payment method within five working days of us receiving your return back at our warehouse.

.Faulty Items/Incorrect Items /Warranty ReturnsIf you believe your item to be faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us and provide details.

.Christmas Returns - Orders for Christmas Gifts made in December can be returned until the end of January in an extension of our usual return guidelines.

.Special Order Items - Special Order Items such as those that are Custom Made to your measurements are not eligible for return, this does not affect your statutory rights and obviously excludes warranty qualifications. Such items are clearly marked as special order within the product description.

.Damaged ItemsIf you believe your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 24hrs of delivery and provide details.

International Customers returning items must mark all returns as Returned Goods - Failed Sale. If you have paid Customs Duties on a Returned Parcel it may be possible to reclaim this via your local customs authority upon presenting them with documentation in relation to your purchase/return.
